Buying and selling our products

Buy online

All the products we distribute are available to buy from us directly through our online shops. We ship internationally, and we have an online shop for those in the UK, and a separate online shop for those shipping their order outside the UK.

Veterinary surgeries should order through your veterinary wholesaler (see below), or please contact us before ordering online.

Companies ordering for internal use - for example zoos, rescue centres, catteries/kennels, etc - please contact us before ordering online.

Buy over the phone

In addition to our online shop we take orders over the telephone, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Call us on 01509 265557 to place your order.

Buy in a store

Most our products are available through a number of outlets across the UK.

All veterinary surgeries in the UK should be able to obtain for you most of the Harrison's Bird Foods and F10^® ranges (through their veterinary wholesaler), usually with next working day delivery to them, so it is always worth asking your local veterinary surgery for the products. If they need ordering codes then please ask them to contact us for more information.

A list of stockists of Harrison's Bird Foods is available on the HBF-UK website. Some of these stores also stock the F10^® range, and F10^® products are also available from other outlets (a full list of stockists is not available).

We do not have a physical shop, however we are happy for you to collect items from our warehouse if you order in advance (see a map here). Please call us on 01509 265557 before coming. We are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Obtaining the products to resell

UK veterinary surgeons

Most products in the Harrison's and F10^® ranges, plus some additional products, are available through the main veterinary wholesalers - NVS, MWIAH, Covetrus and VSSCo. Those which are not kept as stock items can usually be ordered as 'specials', however we are happy to supply any products to you directly. If you need any specific ordering codes to help with your order, or wish to order from us directly, please contact us.

Other UK resellers

International resellers

We aim to supply resellers in other countries where possible, however there are some restrictions on what we are able to supply. This is due to regulations in some countries, the importation of some products requiring specific certification, and arrangements with local distributors. Please contact us and we will aim to either provide information about supplying you directly or details of an alternative way to obtain the products.
