This product is pre-diluted F10®SC.
F10®SC is a disinfectant with a broad spectrum kill of all known types of pathogen for achieving a high level of biosecurity effectively and safely.
At working dilutions it is non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-tainting and non-irritating, and is also chlorine- and aldehyde-free.
It is diluted at 1:250 to create the concentration effective against most bacteria, fungi and viruses, so it is 'ready-to-use'.
It is available in 1 litre 'ready-to-use' bottles with a trigger spray, or 1 litre 'refill' bottles.

Note - F10®
Ready to Use should be used on surfaces which are already 'clean', but need disinfecting - i.e. remove any visible dirt from the surface before use. For a ‘one-step’ product for light duty cleaning, where a detergent is needed, use F10®SCXD.
Also see our video on the difference between F10®SCXD and F10®SC, and when you might choose to use one, rather than the other.
For safe disinfection, whilst also ensuring the elimination of pathogens:
Note that the Ready to Use is diluted at 1:250 - therefore if a stronger solution (i.e. 1:100 for more resistant pathogens) is required it would be necessary to create a solution by diluting F10®SC or F10®CL.
The broad spectrum disinfectant on which Ready to Use is based, in its most concentrated form
F10®SC in a less concentrated form (1 litre of SC is the equivalent of 5 litres of CL)
Biodegradable, single-use wipes impregnated with F10®SC for instant clean up and disinfection
Whichever you are more comfortable using, as the end result will be the same. Some feel the CL is better for them as you need to be less precise with the measuring (for high level disinfection you would use 20ml in 1 litre of water, whereas you would only use 4ml of SC in 1 litre of water). Whereas others prefer the smaller bottle of the SC. Ready to Use has the convenience of being pre-diluted, so can be used immediately and is at a recommended dilution for some activities - however buying a concentrate, and diluting it yourself, is more cost effective, and in some instances a different dilution rate than the one used in the Ready to Use may be required.
